Most of our products are delivered between 2 and 15 days maximum. We offer free delivery for products delivered within the EU.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve implemented a hassle-free returns policy to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.


– Return period : You may return a product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition.

– Returns Process : To make a return, please follow these simple steps:

   – Contact our customer service department at support@trendhorizon.com or by telephone on +33 1 23 45 67 89 to obtain a returns number (RMA).

   – Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.

   – Send the package to the address indicated by our customer service department using the carrier of your choice.


Return costs : Return costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. In this case, we will cover the return costs.


Returns Processing :  Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
