We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

Because we work with international suppliers and aim to keep prices low, we do not accept returns on most items unless they are damaged or defective. However, your satisfaction is important to us!

If your item is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

  • Your order number

Our team will review your request and offer a solution — whether it’s a replacement, a refund, or store credit.


Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The item never arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time

  • The wrong item was received

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered during checkout

  • Delays due to customs or external courier disruptions (unless the package is lost)

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived after the maximum delivery time (30 business days), please contact us and we’ll investigate. If the item is confirmed lost, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
